The Benefits of Personal Training

Personal Training is a private, one-on-one hour  or half hour session with a certified trainer.  A personal trainer will design and implement a customized exercise program based on your fitness assessment, posture assessment, personal fitness goals and specific needs.  Individual results may vary.

Private training will help improve overall fitness and achieve the results you want.  Your trainer will provide professional assistance to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, balance, coordination and cardiovascular health.  A trainer will also minimize the risk of injury by correcting any misuse of exercise equipment. We will help you to enrich your mind, body and spirit with Fit Family Pilates.  Train with some of the best Pilates instructors. Pilates is an exercise program that focuses on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of neutral alignment of the spine and strengthening the deep postural muscles that support this alignment, which are important to help alleviate and prevent back pain. Fit Family uses various Pilates equipment. One of the pieces of equipment that we use is the Pilates Reformer.
