Start the week off on Sunday with a Fun and High Intensity ride. For us to improve our fitness and health requires effort. So let's put in some fun effort and reward ourselves with improved cardio, a stronger core and stronger lower and upper body. To achieve this we will do a variety of sprints, turns, climbs and jumps. Please call ahead to reserve your spot. |

Trying to squeeze in an intense workout? Hop on the bike at lunch time and pedal your way to a great lunch time eye opener. Please call ahead to reserve your spot. (30 - 40 minutes class) |
| Tuesday | 4:45 PM | New Beginner (John) | This cycling class will teach the new cycling enthusiasts the basics of cycling. How to adjust the bike, proper breathing techniques, cycling body alignments, jumps, turns, safety and more. Teaching you how to get the most effective workout possible. (30 minute class) Please call ahead to reserve your spot. |
| 5:30 PM | Cardio Chisel (Kelsey) |
This is a high energy and fast-paced ride will blended sprints, jumps, turns, and climbs. Kelsey will play the latest music to sculpt an overall leaner physique while improving your cardio endurance. (45 minute class) Please call ahead to reserve your spot. |

How to adjust the bike, proper breathing techniques, cycling body alignments, jumps, turns, safety and more. Teaching you how to get the most effective workout possible. This ride will take your body and mind to the mountains, flat top roads, small curbs, deep turns, steep slopes and more. You will challenge your endurance, strength, and racing performance. Shirley will show you how to strengthen your core, your lower and upper body. For a great ride signup for the Fusion Ride. (40 - 45 minute class) Please call ahead to reserve your spot. |

This cycling class will teach the new cycling enthusiasts the basics of cycling. How to adjust the bike, proper breathing techniques, cycling body alignments, jumps, turns, safety and more. Are you ready to cross over from a traditional stationary bike to the new Real Ryder? This 40 - 45 minute class will include jumps, turns, climbs, and fast races that will surely help you grow as a cyclist. Please call ahead to reserve your spot. |
