Day Time Class - Instructor Description
Monday 8:30 AM Easy Living  (Pam) A long-time favorite, this class is great for any fitness level. This low-impact cardio workout offers many high-intensity options and finishes the hour with toning exercises; a fantastic full-body workout.
  9:30 AM Line Dance (Sonja) Learn the latest in line dancing: The Cupid Shuffle, Cha Cha Slide, Electric Slide, Cleveland Shuffle, Funky Salsa, and more.
  10:00 AM Yoga Stretch ( Agnes) Yoga Stretch: Is a basic Yoga class with emphasis on good posture, good breathing and good alignment.
  6:00 PM ZUMBA (Jackie)

ZUMBA is a combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.

  6:00 PM *Pilates Group Reformer & Apparatus (Doris) 40 minutes of a combination of Yoga and Pilates. The class is based on the principle of Pilates and Yoga.  Your instructor will challenge your core strength, stabilization and add various moves to improve flexibility, static strength and body awareness. This class incorporates a varied of Yoga and Pilate moves.
       
Tuesday 10:00 AM Cardio Mix (Pam) Get a GREAT cardio workout with low & moderate impact moves! Burn calories and have lots of FUN. Muscular conditioning segment included.
  10:30 AM *Pilates Group Reformer & Apparatus (Doris) 40 minutes of a combination of Yoga and Pilates. The class is based on the principle of Pilates and Yoga.  Your instructor will challenge your core strength, stabilization and add various moves to improve flexibility, static strength and body awareness. This class incorporates a varied of Yoga and Pilate moves.
  5:30 PM *Know Defense  (Cheryl)

This class teaches you ways to protect yourself.  These are simple, yet effective methods that everyone should know in order to protect themselves.   

  6:30 PM Kickboxing  (Candy)

The ultimate cardiovascular challenge complete with sports specific training, bouts of intense kick boxing intervals and easy to follow combinations. This is a great class to kick your butt into shape.

       
Wednesday 7:30 AM 5K Training (Doris) Helping you to strengthen/train for your 1st 5K race
  10:00PM Cardio & Resistance Dance (Agnes)

This class will alternate each week from Step/Weights to 45 minutes of Kettlebells training.

  6:00 PM *Pilates Group Reformer & Apparatus  (Doris)

The Group Reformer & Apparatus Class requires previous experience on the Reformer (Must have completed at least 4 – 6 private or semi-private sessions as a pre-requisite to taking the classes).  The Class is limited to six (6) people and will be based on all fitness levels.  This class will use the Pilates Reformer, Pilates Chairs and various other apparatus.  ***

       
Thursday 10:00 AM Cardio Fun (Pam) Meet your neighbor, sing along, sweat, step and have FUN. 
  11:30 AM *Pilates Group Reformer & Apparatus (Doris) 40 minutes of a combination of Yoga and Pilates. An original, invigorating funk/hip hop dance aerobics routine designed to give you an intense and powerful workout.

Easy Stretch Class (Doris)

This class focuses on stretching out your whole body. We do a short warm up than a ˝ hour of stretching.
