The weather is changing and a good way to keep active is to join us for an aerobics class.  It’s a great way to get healthy. Be fit, learn healthy habits, meet new friends and have fun!  Learn how to incorporate and benefit from small gym equipment at home.  Classes run 50 minutes in length.
