The Workout
Salma wedding day is Oct. 15, 2011.  She has less than 7 months to get ready for her special day.  Her training will consist of various workouts six days per week, with one day of rest.  She has 4 – 5 days of strength training & cardio and 1 day of Pilates or Yoga.  Salma's goal is to lose weight, increase muscle mass, tone her arms and shape-up her upper body for her strap-less wedding dress.  Oh...please don't tell Matt (the groom) anything about her dress.  Sorry Matt you have to wait!
